This is very desirable & sought after TY Beanie Baby. It has PVC Pellets. The tush tag is the Made in China version. There is no stamp on the inside of the tush tag. Tush tag is dated 1997.

The material of the Beanie is clean and mint. The hang tag is near mint as it is slight bent, but still overall very nice.
